How to delete your account
- Open the TetherDrive app on your device.
- From the home screen, tap the gear icon (Settings) next to your username.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.
What data is deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Account credentials — your username and password
- Game progress — high scores, coins, caught cars, upgrades, and all saved game data
- Leaderboard entries — your scores are removed from all leaderboards
- Friend connections — all friendships and pending friend requests
- Backer rewards — any redeemed Kickstarter backer rewards
Important
Account deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no waiting period or retention window. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
What is NOT affected
In-app purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are managed by those platforms and are not deleted when you remove your TetherDrive account. To manage your subscriptions, visit your Google Play or App Store account settings.
